When Missouri-native Nichole Allen moved to San Diego in 2003, she felt like she had truly come home and never looked back. A Realtor® since 2004 and a Broker since 2006, Nichole has handled hundreds of transactions and gained incalculable experience that she draws on to be the best and most efficient agent for her clients. She prides herself on her hard work ethic and ability to effectively communicate with all parties — from other agents, lenders, escrow and title personnel to government entities, contractors, and inspectors. Her comprehensive understanding of real estate helps her ensure that each transaction is as seamless as possible.

She has a personal background in buying, selling, and remodeling residential and commercial properties, making her an ideal ally for those interested in fixer-uppers or fix-and-flip properties.
