Hard work runs in Jeff Rosa’s blood, and his drive to help people motivates every aspect of his career. Jeff believes real estate is one of the best ways to build wealth, and he regards each transaction as an opportunity to add value and share his knowledge. Whether buying a first home or selling a home when life brings unexpected changes, Jeff’s wide array of clients depend on his expertise to guide them through what can be a complicated process.
Jeff is a California native and grew up in Alameda. At age four, he began helping his parents at their fish market--Fisherman’s Market--and he loved every minute working alongside them. But it was the rather innocuous pastime of playing with his friends at construction development sites that ignited Jeff’s love of real estate. In 2005, he got his license while concurrently earning his MBA and began his career as the only real estate agent at a small mortgage company.
In the years since, Jeff has been an investor and a landlord, but it’s as an agent that he can demonstrate his greatest passion—serving others. He is especially motivated to assist clients who are looking to prepare their homes to sell after their loved one has passed away or can no longer stay there. And his dedication has not gone unnoticed: He has been named a San Diego County Platinum Award Winner for Production for six consecutive years.
When Jeff isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with with his wife and three children, and coaching Little League. He is a prolific volunteer, including for St. Therese Catholic Church, Dailard Elementary School, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, and San Carlos Little League. He is also on the board of the John L. Rosa Scholarship, which honors his father by providing scholarships to first-generation college students.
